About this session

Are you feeling stuck, uninspired or uncertain what your next job should be?

  • How can you enhance your professional brand, relationships and networks?
  • How can you celebrate your diversity at work?
  • How can you stay healthy at work?

Values are like fingerprints. Nobody’s are the same, but you leave ’em all over everything you do.

– Elvis Presley

What do you trust when making decisions on important issues? How do you know a decision is the ‘right’ one for you?

This workshop will provide an essential framework to help you reconnect with what’s important, by exploring your personal values and motivators, and offers a process to apply to your life and work decisions.

Values are the deeply held principles by which we live our lives. They define who we are, what we believe, how we act and react, live and work. When our behaviours are not aligned with our values, things feel ‘wrong’.  This can be a real source of unhappiness, dis-ease and stress. But when they are aligned, we feel a sense of wellbeing, self-worth, authenticity and happiness.

Combining your values with your motivators will harness the energy you need to see things through.

Valuing something doesn’t automatically mean it is a personal value, so please come to this workshop to learn more about your values and discover the ‘6 hidden motivators’ to empower you to redesign and reboot your career needs with confidence, to feel inspired, energised and focused and be successful in work and life.
