The presentation investigates change management, a business process we are all familiar with but often uncomfortable being a part of.
In particular, it focuses on the impact 15 months of home working is having on the business need for office-based law firm library print collections, which has seen the slow trickle of decreasing print renewals accelerating into a flood.
What impact will this have for library teams? How can these changes be best communicated and supported? What risks does an increasing reliance on online resources create?
