Session – benchmarking

Day One

Redesign | Leveraging benchmarking to keep your seat at the table

June 30 – 15:00 to 15:45pm

Colleen Cable

HBR Consulting

About this session

Librarians rose to the challenges that were presented in 2020 in our usual way: by providing superior service quickly and efficiently. Now that we’ve made an impression with leadership, it’s time to leverage these gains. One way to do that is through the use of data and benchmarking.

This session will explore the ways to utilize data you’re already collecting, both quantitative and qualitative, to demonstrate the value and impact of the library.
